Lyn started her healthcare career as a Personal Support Worker for 14 years. She went on to graduate as a Registered Practical Nurse, then as a Registered Nurse with Geriatric Nurse certification. She is certified in Quality and Legal Risk Management in healthcare and is also a Certified Long term Care Home Administrator. She has held the position of Director of Nursing for over 15 years, responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department and recruitment and supervision of nursing staff. Lyn has achieved certification as a Nursing Practice Educator and has held the position of education manager in long-term care.
